Using MS Forms as a sick note, automatic calendar entry does not work

Hey everyone, I'm currently trying to create a Powerautomate-flow. My idea: I have a MS Forms sick note document. The user should fill in this document and send it.
The document should then be sent to the email inbox "Krankmeldung@xxx.com".
Now the mailbox "Krankmeldung@xxx.com"
should create a calendar entry for the user who sent the MS Forms document for the time specified in the MS Forms.

What is currently working:
The information filled out in MS Forms arrives in the mailbox.

What does not work:
I can't get a calendar entry to be created automatically for the time specified for the user who filled out the MS Forms.

Can someone help me with this ???

I love words but it would help to see your form so we can understand what data you are wantign the person to fill in.

If you can provide that then we could help you further.

I think I understand now. 

As we know Forms writes the data to an excel sheet behind the sceans.  I would suggest that you also set up a SharePoint list with the same fields as the excel sheet, there are pleanty of videos online to help you with this.  The form should write the data to the SharePoint list first and then the list should be used for rest of the process. 

But before you set up the SharePoint List I think you need to adjust your form, to use the proper date picker, from and to.  Doing this will write a proper date of say 01/03/2024 to the SharePoint List and will get around the format you request from your users.

I think you want to add the persons abcence to a calander, hopefully using the date picker in the form will help with this.

Once you have reviewed the above let me know what you think.  I know your flow will look a lot different from what it is currently.

New idea because my current workflow is not working
I want a calendar entry to be created on the form for the specified time. Currently the time zone customisation is still causing problems.
This is the data I want to refer to.

The date apears to be an issue and I am wondering why you are not using the proper date entry as below:

If you changed the form to include the above for start and end, then re-run the flow as I think the whole issue could be down to the above not being correct.  I can see you want to include the time in the date question, or should we say a text input.  Perhaps you need to have a proper date filed and a seperate text box for the time, start and end.  See below:

But that is why I am sugesting you need to send all the data from the form to a Sharepont List so we can gather the outputs from the qestions to see if it works.  There will be lots of strings to join and that is why the list is important.  

Once you have everything in the list and you are happy with it you can move on to the other issues which should be easier with the list.  The flow will be horendus but hopefully it will get to where you want with datetime field for the sick note calander entry.
