Using conditional flow (2 conditions), Convert html to pdf does not work in one condition but works in the other

Hi there!

Context - i'm creating a flow for probation review. The trigger is when employee fills up the Microsoft form, and the form content is converted into PDF.  If the employee is not a line manager, the form only has 2 sections to complete, if the employee is a manager, there are 3 sections to complete.

I'm using the conditional flow and it works fine when it's the manager form (3 sections completed), but for the non-line manager flow does not work, The error detail is in the screenshot below.  Appreciate the help pls, thank you!!

You will need to provide the details of the action that fails. Please share a screenshot of that action expanded in the Edit view, as well as in the flow run view when it failed.

How exactly is the flow different between the two branches? Do the file names or the content actually differ?
