When New Files Are Added (Sharepoint or OneDrive) all files are attached and sent in one email

I cannot seem to figure out how to get this to work.  I would simply like an email to come to me with all new files being added to a folder in either onedrive or sharepoint.  I am fine using either of those programs to get this to work.  When someone on my team drops files in a designated folder, I just want it to automatically send me a preformatted email with those same files. 

I have been able to ALMOST get this to work.  I've been successful in having it email me the attachments when files are added into a new LIST on sharepoint, but that would involve someone creating a new item with attachments each time.  I've also been successful with it emailing files as they are added to onedrive/sharepoint but it always sends me multiple emails for each file. 

I am very new to power automate, so I apologize as this is all a steep learning curve for me.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Since "When an item is created in a folder" will trigger based on the performance of "drop a file", which means the flow will be triggered as soon as one file is created. It cannot recognize the completion of all files have been created in a period of time. So, use LIST attachments is the only way as I can see. Once an item with multiple attachments is created, the flow will be triggered, and all the attachments of this item can be retrieved simultaneously.

To prevent the flow triggered by someone when creating a new item with attachments, you can add some relative column like a Y/N to ask users select if this item is relative to your scenario and add a trigger condition to make sure the flow is triggered always as design.
