When a excel is added in sharepoint document library trigger power automate to microsoft list

Hi all,

I would like to create a flow When a excel is added in sharepoint document library trigger power automate to Microsoft list by "When an item or a file is modified" and I add a custom column status in document liberary with review stauts of "Pending" or "Reviewed", I would like to trigger the flow when the file status changed to "Reviewed", however, when I added the trigger option as "@equals(triggerBody()?['Review Status'], 'Reviewed')" which is not work but there is no error shown on flow checker, could some one help to resolve the issue? Thanks!

Note:

1. Document library already set up as versioning setting.

2. In addition, I owuld like to ask how to set up the condition when I want to only get the file when the review status is changed?

Hi @hhwen 

Please verify ['Review Status'] column internal name would be same also in SharePoint list which you are use in trigger option you have to use internal name of ['Review Status'] column.

Second way is you can delete ['Review Status'] column then create again.

Could you please tell me:

1.Are you trying to trigger the flow when the Excel file is uploaded to the library?
If so use trigger: When a file is created or modified (properties only)

2.Is the formula @equals(triggerBody()?['Review Status'], 'Reviewed') you provided applied in TriggerCondition?
Please modify the formula to:

@equals(triggerOutputs()?['body/ReviewStatus'], 'Reviewed')
