When a new item is created in SharePoint List A, copy to SharePoint List B

I have been struggling for a while now to figure out how to create this flow and get it to work.  I have attempted to follow multiple instructions and examples from this site and others, and I've even managed to create several flows that the app says is running fine with no errors; but the items do not copy!

I've added screen snips of the flow the best I can below.

Any help anyone could give would be very much appreciated!  This is my first post, so please go easy on me for any incorrect terminology I have used, lack of information given you may need, etc. 🙄 😊

Always seemed to me there's way too much going on here vs. examples I see in this forum and on other sites, but I'm not knowledgeable enough to be sure...

Are you trying to update/create an item when a new item is created? I would like to understand what you want your flow to do?

Thank you for replying.

I think my answer would be two things, but one is my primary interest/concern:

1. When a new item is created in List A, I would like it to be copied to List B (as a new item created in List B).
2. When an existing item in List A is modified/updated, I would like the corresponding item in List B to also be modified/updated - if that is possible.

#1 above is what I most need to figure out how to make happen.  In my particular instance, List A is open to all members of my organization as a place to input support requests.  List B is open to only members of the support team, and has the same columns as List A plus additional columns to track progress of issue resolution that I do not want as part of List A.  I don't know if those additional columns are causing any problem for the flow?

@erihsela , thanks for details, now i want to understand what exact issue are you facing, are you confused on where to get values to create item in list B , whether to get values from Get Items or  When item is created or modified?

Thank you for your reply, and please excuse my delayed response.

My #1 issue is that my flow does not work.  When I test it, it says it is running without issues; but on my SharePoint site, nothing has happened.  In other words, I trigger the flow test run by creating a new item in SharePoint List A, the test runs and says it completed successfully; but the item created in List A does not copy to SharePoint List B.

I mentioned the confusion I have on where to get the values for creating or modifying an item in List B as a secondary issue - it doesn't really matter if the flow isn't working anyway - unless of course that is the reason it is not working!!!

Can you expand the actions in flow run and provide the screenshots of your flow run for me to figure out whats going wrong with your flow?
