When a specific field is modified in item

Hello all,

I want to build a Flow that will send an email only if specific field is modified (in my case, if the user adds an attachment).

Is it possible?

Could you please share more details about your scenario?

Do you want to send an email only when the specific field is modified within your SharePoint list?

I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently. The "When an item is created or modified" trigger only detect if there is an item is modified within your SharePoint list, it could not detect if the specific field of an item is modified in your SharePoint list.

Yes, I want to send an email if someone has inserted new content into one specific column in my Sharepoint List

So, I understand that this is not yet available.

This is a must have feature. I have a sharepoint list that is going to be populated by different team members and we need an e-mail alert to be sent when an specific column is populated.

A certain team member is going to create the list by populating some fields and than another member will populate it when a new information is available (remaining columns).

Any news on the request?

Just a thought.. why dont you add a condition If that column = null, do nothing, if it gets populated with anything, continue the flow with whatever steps you need.

Yeah that's exactly what I did. A multiple condition based on the fact of the field being populated or not and the value of other fields.

That's what I wanted to try, but I would have to create flow everytime a new document version is created.
