create unified list from multiple lists in a sharepoint site

Hi,
i have a SharePoint site with multiple lists with identical set of fields.
i need to read all these lists in flow and create a unified list with all items.

i managed to read it and created an array which contain the inputs from all lists
i wanted to use the parse JSON activity but got an error that it expects object rather than an array.

Error: "message": "Invalid type. Expected Object but got Array."

so i tried to convert the get items output into JSON and got an error that required data is missing although i see it in the input field.

error: "message": "Required properties are missing from object: Title, Year, Assigned_x0020_to, Start_x0020_date, Due_x0020_date, Status, Status_x0020_change_x0020_date, Priority, Issue_x0020_Description, Actions, Focus_x0020_Area."

any idea how can i do it?

the Parse Json activity itself manage to identify my fields correctly from the schema, its just failed  on run time becouse of the input.

If I understood properly, all the source SP lists have an identical structure, and so does the target SP list, right?

If so, instead of the Parse JSON approach, did you try to read the content of each source SP list with 'SP Get items' action block, and then do an 'Apply to each' to each of its output, so you get all column related data to perform a "Create item" on the target SP list?

thanks for your reply.

i don’t want to create 'Get Item' activity per each list as from time to time lists can be added or removed.

i tried to use the 'get lists' activity to retrieve all lists, this way I’m avoiding the maintenance of adding/ removing lists.

I also tried to run an apply to each loop per each list, with the list name from the lists array I created and create the items in the new list, but got the following error:

I see your point. But since 'Create item 2' List Name is a dynamic input, I guess Flow editor cannot show input fields on the action card, as explained in this thread

The suggestion I had in mind was to add an additional Apply to Each inside the current one, just after 'Get items' action block.

The inputs of the new Apply to Each would be the outputs of 'Get items'

Inside this new 'Apply to each' I would place the 'Create item 2'.

But, you will get the same error 😞

Hopefully somebody can explain us how to implement your requirements by using "Send an HTTP Request to SharePoint "
