creating tasks to bucket from column value in sharepoint list

Hello,

I am trying to do a flow that does the following:

Have a sharepoint list with the following columns: Name,function,startdate,enddate, interval and responsible_person

1. When a listitems start date = today it should trigger the flow to create a task.

2. The task should be addressed to the correct bucket at once. bucket = function (from sharepoint list)

3. The task should be labeled = interval (could be weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)

4. When the task is created the start and end date in list should be updated and moved forward depending on which interval it has, like for week 7 days and so on.

5.  I also would like to add a function that takes like one of ten created tasks and adds it to a different list for controlpurpose.

I havent´ got through everyhing yet but so far I am struggeling with the bucket-part. 

I have

Reccuring -> Sharepoint object -> get a task -> apply to each -> condition start date = utcnow() and function value = bucket id value 

if yes -> create task.

any thoughts?

Are you facing issue with condition of start date =  utcnow() then you can configure your condition as below

Put the following in left side of your condition to compare the todays date and flow start date. Please change items('Apply_to_each')?['properties/createdTime'] in your condition as your start date might be coming from other action: 

equals(formatDateTime(items('Apply_to_each')?['properties/createdTime'], 'yyyy-MM-dd'), formatDateTime(utcNow(), 'yyyy-MM-dd'))

 and on the right side of condition provide true expression, as shown in below screenshot

Thank you, I acctually thought I got the date-part to work yesterday but now when i runned the flow nothing happened. So i tried this one and it seems to do it, but it takes all the items in the list not only the ones for today, do I need a second condition defining today = startdate?

My number one headick is to make the tasks to go automated to the right bucket. I have read about some different solutions but I haven´t got any luck there  yet.

The part with updating sharepoint list I believe should be a different flow triggered by startdate past.

So my main question left to answer is the one about connecting the task to buckets and labels.

Its in swedish, but i think you can understand here. I just put the date-part aside here to see that I could get just one thing in order.  Filtermatris = Filterarray . 

I was trying to check the value in column function to see if it matches "value Bucket-ID" 

I think what I want to do with labels are the same, see if the lable says "monthly" then = pink.

if the function is HR then the bucket that the task is created under is HR.

I resolved my problem with creating a flow for each bucket and used Odata filter query to choose the right tasks to create. Your comment on the date where helping me a lot to move forward in my work.
