my flow is not stopping

hello power automate community

I have an issue in that my flow is not stopping,

The idea is i have an expense file which i send to my email, if the email has certain keywords in the subject

 this triggers one drive for business to create a new csv file in the folder

Then i am refreshing a power bi dataset that uses the newly created file

in the last step it seems that it never ends, i see the flow in running state until it time outs (snapshots of my flow below)

Why is that? what am doing wrong, please note before when i was using same file for refreshing a dataflow and then refresh the dataset that was using dataflow it was working perfectly

Dear chahineatallah,

Where do you see the time out message? Can you include a screenshot of this?

BTW, if this time out message is on the left top corner of your power automate view of the flow ... it is likely not an actual time out of the flow, just that the screen is not refreshed or something like that. In any case ... the flow is still running and you can review the 'actual' flow run via the run history.

Thanks for the reply, its working fine now

dont know , maybe it was some error at microsoft server

but the issue is that it was just running without stopping 

Now it is working fine ,very strange 🙂

Again my flow keeps running without stopping, and finally it just fails

Its a simple flow, when my excel for web file is updated, i want my dataset which takes the info from excel file to refresh and thus update the report
