"Get file properties" no output for several columns

Hello.

TLDR: I'm not getting all properties from "Get file properties"

This flow is manually triggered by the button in Library

1. If I use "limit columns by view"

When I'm looking in run details, I'm not getting data from "Keywords" column (managed metadata) even if the column is included in view. I'm getting the data from the rest of the columns, except "Keywords".

2. If I use "Use all columns (Do not limit)" I'm getting threshold error.

@Alex32 If you insert a Compose action into your flow—is the dynamic content from the keyword column available to select from?

Yes, the "keywords" is accessible but it's coming as empty.

For example:

In output I can get these two columns "Category" and "Subcategory" (managed metadata), but there is now data from "Keywords" column.

@Alex32 I'm a bit confused as to why you've got an Apply to each action. Are you able to just select the Enterprise Keyword dynamic content and put it into a Compose action? What's the column type for the keywords? Is it a lookup column?

@creativeopinionApply to each because "Keywords" is a multiple selection metadata column.

1. I'm initializing array for all keywords.

2. Appending every word in Array

3. Splitting the Array for future injection

My problem is something else. This pattern works fine for 3 other columns, which I clearly can see in output for "Get file properties". The column "keywords" is missing in output.

@Alex32 Is the keywords a lookup column or a multi-choice column?

It's a managed metadata multi-choice column

@Alex32 Apologies I've actually never used a managed metadata column before. Either way. I just added one to my list and I was able to see the outputs. Have you tried to add a test column to your list using the same term set?

I also think you can remove the Apply to Each action and just use a Select action for your Managed Metadata columns. I don't think Initializing the Array is necessary.

In the From field you can insert the metadata column dynamic content and the Label dynamic content to return the keyword.

I'm able to see the output from other 3 columns using metadata as well, except "Keywords"

I'll try to recreate the flow. Might gonna help

@Alex32 Sure maybe give that a try. If that doesn't work. Try to add a test column (or create a new column) using the keyword term set.

As mentioned in my prev post I think you can omit the Apply to Each actions in your flow by using Select actions only to return the values (Labels) of your managed metadata selections. 

This should help your flow run more efficiently.
