Hi @Mld9,

Currently, the "List of response notifications" was moved in MS Form connector, because each time the trigger "When a new response submit" will only return one response, the dynamic content is not reasonable.

You can Get response details directly use the Response ID as below:Annotation 2019-11-19 095702.png

Thank you this resolved my issue! How are we made aware of such changes?

Hi @Mld9,

Many connectors are constantly optimizing updates, which are subtle and uncertain, and there is currently no dedicated release forum. For those with a wide range of version updates, you can keep an eye on the community blog, minor updates to retrieve community posts.

It does not still show it. What am I doing wrong, please?

Hi, even if I use Get Response Details directly, I still don't have the List of Response Notifications available as an option. Can someone help please?

I have the same issue it doesnt show anything else

The List of Response Notifications Response ID has been replaced by Response ID or at least renamed to that because the previous name was misleading and incorrect. So to get the response for use in follow-on actions you just need to select Response ID.

Hello,

A week ago I still had access to the "List of Response Notifications Response ID" but don't anymore. My new flows don't work as the system is expecting an array...

May I know, why this content creates "Apply to each"?

Hi, @RobElliott. Your answer doesn't make sense to me. Are you saying that the replaced value of Response ID is supposed to function in the same manner as the List of Response Notifications Response ID? If so it is not iterating through as it should/as expected. It is forcing a selection of a single response from the form. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

@Dubya the List of Response Notifications Response ID in the dynamic content was replaced months ago by just Response ID for new flows (it still shows for existing flows which is no problem). It does exactly the same thing but is more accurately named because in a Forms trigger and get response details action you only have 1 form response to deal with in the flow: the response that has just come in, not a list of anything! It isn't supposed to iterate through anything, just get the response that has been submitted. So of course it's forcing a single response as you put in your post; that's what it is supposed to do! That's also why using the template for the Forms response is incorrect because it adds an apply to each which is illogical and Microsoft have never corrected it. All you need to do in your get response details action (immediately after the when a new response is submitted trigger) is to select Response ID from the dynamic content.

If you are trying to get multiple forms responses then you cannot do this, there is no action for that and you need to deal with it a different way, perhaps by saving each form response (as we ALWAYS do in my company) to a SharePoint list and then working with the responses from there.

Understood, and yes; I am trying to get the responses to a list for an existing form. I will have to figure a way out to iterate through the responses, I suppose. Thanks for the explanation.
