send multiple attachment once sharepoint is modified

Hi, I want to get an idea and advise from expertise.. I want to send multiple attachment (based on sharepoint ID) to email once status is update/modified to 2 (approve). In sharepoint list I have status column and will update accordingly from power apps submit button.

Example sharepoint ID =1:

First submit with multiple attachment from PowerApps form, status = 1 (submit)

Once superior approve, status = 2 (approve)

From flow, when the status changes to 2, I want to send all attachment related with sharepoint ID =1 to outlook email.

it is possble?

@twister  you can create a flow with When item or file is modified trigger, then use Get Changes to determine if Status column value has changed, use condition action to check value of Status column is approved, under yes branch of condition action, add Get attachments action and use ID from the trigger to get attachments of SharePoint list item, and then refer the post here https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/multiple-attachments-single-email/ as per post you will need to create array for attachments, and then use that array in send email action to send email with attachments.

thanks for explanation..  I have already develop flow as your advise from the link but seems not working.. when status change to 2 nothing happen..looks like flow not checking the status.

@twister  you will need to make few changes in your flow, you need to use "When an item or a file is modified" trigger, currently you are using When an existing item is modified trigger, so please change that. Also turn on versioning on your list.

Then add "Get changes for an item or a file (properties only)" action and configure it as shown below:

Then in condition action, you will get from Dynamic content Has Column Change: Status so use that and on right side of condition specify True from Dynamic Content - > Expression, as shown in below screenshot

Regarding trigger condition. first figure internal name of your column, by going to list settings - > click on status column -> look at browser url and get whatever text it is after Field =

Also what is the data type of column status? Is it number of single line of text?

Field is application_no because I already rename to level column.. any issue on this name?

Level column is number.. what is the different if use single text?

@twister  the trigger condition syntax would be different based on number or single line of text type.

If column type is number, then trigger condition will be @equals(triggerBody()?['level'],2)

If column type is single line of text, then trigger condition will be @equals(triggerBody()?['level'],'2') 

The condition to check if status column value has change needs to be as below, this will determine whether status value has changed or not

If you are using trigger condition then you dont need condition to check value of status is equal to 2, if you are not using trigger condition, then add condition under yes branch of above condition, see screenshot below:

I have try as suggestion but still not working.. maybe I missing something?

the origin column name from list settings is application_no.. I already rename to level.. & still same..not working..

How do I test and check where is the problem? Currently I just manually change the column directly sharepoint list
