set the contain condition in MS Form

I've create the flow where I want set the condition "if the filled question in MS form" it goes to the other path and vice versa. But its not going as expected.

According to your description, you want to set the condition "if the filled question in MS form". I am not surely understand your need "if the filled question in MS form".
For Your need, you need to check in your run history to fine the output of your first three actions to find which field you need to judge in your condition. In your screenshot , it seems that you use the "Create item" actions output's field to judge contains situation.

The Contains is used to jedge the String Text . Like:
"Power app" contains "app"   is true

"Power Automate" contains "Automate" is false.

You can find the field you want to judge in the output of your action, and then get the value of this field as a judgment condition.
If you still can't solve your problem, you can take a screenshot of your output and find out the field you want to judge to me, so that I can help you better.

The field that I want to compare is the supervisor's email. If the applicant have filled that field then it will goes to the true condition. If the applicant leave the field blank, then its goes to the not true pathways.

Hi @Amira90 

You could add multiple clauses with OR operator in the condition. You could use tolower function to make the comparison case insensitive.

Here is an example:

 

Below expression needs to be added in expression box as highlighted below:

toLower(outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/re0245d0f5b734ff7abe650253edb4cdb'])

pls replace the field Id with the actual value in above expression & make sure that text 'need supervisor approval' should be lower case.
