why this error please: Validation Failed. The schema validation failed.

I have this flow which run before without issue, but now doing samething i get this error ValidationFailed. The schema validation failed.

It looks like the schema you are using has a required property called email. However, in one of the objects you are parsing this email property cannot be found.

If it is expected that some employees don't have an email property I would suggest to remove it from the required section of your parse json schema.

how to remove email from required property?

im using this email property to send each employee an email later on in the last step

i have checked all the records in the excel sheet and i confirm that all email addresses are there no null or record without email

Hi @SiyamandRashid,

It should be listed in the Schema field of your parse json action. At the the end of the schema you should have a list of required fields, which you provided or generated based on a sample.

But I would also suggest to check your data. One of your rows does not have a email address value.

Yes I have checked and all rows are filled with email address and there is no null rows,

in the screenshot you sent i can just remove the string “email” then it will not check the email column?

Yes, that is correct. In that case it does not consider it to be required.

In some cases it can also be useful to allow null values as well for your property. April Dunnam has a blog about this:

Another thing plz

the column name in the excel sheet is with Capital E “ Email” but in the pars json i have small e “email”

which i believe it cause the issue unfortunately i dont have the laptop with me to test

Dear @Expiscornovus thank you very much for your contuse help, the issue solved by capitalizing the "e" of the email in the parse json step, which means' this is case sensitives which i didn't know !!
