After 2 correct results, on the 3 result part of the info is missing On DataCards

I hope someone can help me with this 'maracle'(for me)..

Situatation: App with 3 screens:

Screen1: Gallery1 connected to List1

Screen2: Gallery2 connected to List1, items based on selection Gallery1

Screen3: Scrollable screen with several DataCards. E.g Card1 connected to Library1 result shown on basis of Gallery2, Card2 connected to List3, result shown on basis of a “Collection” set in Gallery2.

Alle Lists and Libraries are in Sharepoint.

My Mistery…

Starting the app:

• Selection in Gallery1 and 2 give the right result (e.g. Problem1) in dataCards on screen3.
• Return on Screen1 by using “HomeButton”
• Selection in Gallery1 and 2 give the right result (e.g. Problem2) in dataCards on screen3.
• Return on Screen1 by using “HomeButton”
• Selection in Gallery1 and 2 gives NOT the right result (e.g. Problem3) in dataCards on screen3.

Closing the App, Opening it again on Screen1:

• Selection in Gallery1 and 2 NOW DOES GIVE the right result (e.g. Problem3) in dataCards on screen3.
• Repeating this evertime gives 2 right results and than not.

Extra info: With not giving the right information, this means: All texts of the DataCards are visible the right way, what is NOT shown are the DataCards where picture Galleries should become visible. Pictures are selected with a formula ‘collections’.

I tried all kind of resets and have the idea that it might be a cache problem. Or maybe a problem with the collection of the picture sliders.

Since you have saved the selected link in the variable, why not use the variable in the collections?

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried the "Concurrent" idea but after implementing this, the OnSelect of the Gallery blocks (Navigation to next page is not possible anymore).

I checked it more than dubble but it is exactly the same ( exept I made Concurret - Concurrent). Checked ";" and the extra ")".

I haven't looked into your code, but what may be happening is that you are hitting a delegation limit.

An issue we came upon with SharePoint is that the Filtering does NOT occur on the SharePoint side, but on the CanvasApp side.  This means that if there are 200 records that you want in a SharePoint list, but this list contains 10 000 records, then when you request those 200 records, the first 5000 records will be retrieved (I'm not sure of the exact numbers), and then those records will be filtered to look for your 200 records.   This results in missing data.

Thanks, I think this might be the answer to the problem. Especially because there is indeed a lot of data that has to be filtered. I'll try what I can do with your suggestion.
