Assets Scan and update

Hi power app user.

I am new to the use of power app. I am creating an app for my organization that will scan a barcode and use that barcode to collect information from a share point list row and the collected information will be used to create a new row in another share point list and when the user scans for the second time the scanned barcode will be used to update the time out column of the second share point list. 

In summary I am trying to create a sign in and sign out app for my organization. the steps I took is shown in the picture or image below.

Thank you sir for taking your time to check my question. I tried but I am still running into issues.  The share point list where the information concerning the asset is stored.where the barcode will store the information for the day's scancurrent power app with data source linked to the two sharepoint list. So sir I want the barcode scan to match any of the fixed asset number column in the in the asset laptop share point and those column label is want i want to extract to the asset manger share point  list in the user's first scan and when the user scans for the second time it updates the time-out of the asset manger share point.

I was using your code assuming the values to be valid. It appears you need 'Asset Number' rather than assetNumber.

All I am doing is finding the ID of the record you possibly need to Patch

Thank you very much sir.  I am yet to get the result. I came up with this logic that will lookup the information in the main asset table that has the information of all the asset.

New Asset List Table.

This is the list where the asset code is lookup from. using this code 654098761234 which belongs to Title column no 1 its user row is updated on the last row on asset manager list. so how do I re edit this row to update the sign in to sign out and time out cells

The list below is sign in  and sign out is updated

so sir my new challenge is now how to make a particular row for each user that has signed in to sign out on second scan and update the time-out to current time of signing out.

Sir. in this code I used button instead of barcode scanner because I will later change the button to barcode. any suggestion sir will be well appreciated.
