Automatically sending gallery item JSON into a collection for a nested sub gallery

I have a gallery which is connected to a project table that has a column that holds a JSON string.

The JSON string contains a rather lengthy checklist for that item/project.

Previously a project would be selected, OnSelect would parse the json via a MatchAll "regex" into a collection which would table it, an additional Gallery2 would then show that collection. The single Gallery 2 would populate based on what project had been selected in the first gallery.

However I now have to nest the Gallery2 as a sub gallery into each item on the parent gallery.

Is there a way that as this particular screen is opened, each item in the parent gallery will automatically parse their json into a separate collection for each item, and then the sub gallery for each parent will automatically load that collection?

There may only be a maximum of 20 Parent item at one time, but probably more around 10 (Projects)

I have most of it, its just the automatic part.

This is what I use at the moment, but I need this to happen for each item automatically, and then it loads into the sub gallery.

There can be 12 or more processes. I didn't want to have to make 30+ columns when I was starting out with powerapps, so I found out about JSON.

You could set the sub gallery's  items property to:

MatchAll(
  ThisItem.JSONClist,
  "XXXXXXXX"
)

I've made a test but did not encountered the problem you mentioned.

1\Add a Parent Gallery and set it's Items property to:

Table(
 {ID:1,JSONCList:"1,2,3,4,5"},
 {ID:2,JSONCList:"5,2,3,4,5"},
 {ID:3,JSONCList:"6,2,3,4,5"},
 {ID:4,JSONCList:"7,2,3,4,5"}
)

2\Add a sub gallery into the parent gallery and set it's items property to:

MatchAll(ThisItem.JSONCList,"\d*")

ok so it turns out I was having the Database refresh issue, and the sub gallery wasn't registering all rows on the parent table for the JSONCList Row.

Its not as conventional when setting the sub gallery labels, ie one label loads all processes as a string and index() or first() won't work, I just drag the label to fill the gallery which seems to work for now, I will have to experiment further to align everything

But progress has been made
