Thanks for the feedback.  Any idea when the fix will be available?

Please note that the issue happens even when there is data after the filter is applied.  It is not limited to an empty recordset.

It is quite 'annoying' because everytime I add or remove a field (design change), I have to delete and recreate the datadatable plus all the underlying logic.

Thanks, yes we are aware of the case with the Filter being applied. I mentioned a workaround for this scenario.

Add a second (temporary) Data table and formulate the Filter expression that you want on that. Then copy and paste it in the original Data table. This should preserve the field selection. You can then remove the second (temporary) Data table you added. It is a bit convoluted but at least it will save you from having to redo all the settings of the Data table.

The fix will be out soon, I will report back here as soon as I have the dates.

I tried that work around.  It doesn't work in my case.

The fields selection gets greyed out.  The only way out is to delete and recreate the datagrid.

i.e. I cannot make any changes to the fields selection.  I have to recreate it whenever i have a design change.

Not sure if this is related but when attempting to insert/type a formula in the "items" field for a data table there is an intermittant issue with the data connection being removed/disconnected. Also, when I am able to get a formula to stick, I find that the "Distinct" function is not displaying values correctly. Thoughts?

For data connection being removed do you mean the Data table resets and loses column selection? If so I mentioned some workarounds earlier in this thread.

Thanks for the reply Annees, I'm not using a collection for this solution just a straight connection to a s SharePoint Online list. The main issue we're experiencing at the moment is with the 'Distinct' function not working correctly as per my screenshot.

The Data table issue with fields getting cleared out is not limited to Collections. I am not aware of a workaround for Distinct. Thanks.

I am still seeing this issue - having to create a 2nd datatable to add in details is not acceptable.

I see it even if I simply add in columns - then save and come back later and it is empty again.  I am making changes t othe sharepoint list it is based on but not to the actual columns that are in the table.

This needs resolution ASAP.
