Best way to create a new PowerApp that will work with multiple Choice Columns

I am newer to PowerApps and I am needing some advice on the best way to create a new PowerApp for a SharePoint List.  I am creating a form for our employees to make requests to one of our departments.  I have multiple Choice columns that have a lot of data in them.  What I want to happen is when they answer the first choice question on what Pillar of the company they work for that all the following Choice columns are filtered so they only see choices that are viable to them. Basic Example is as follows:

Question1: What Pillar do you work for

Choices: Branding, Support, Bus Dev

Answer: Branding

Question2: Request Type

Choices Displayed: Presentation, Pricing, Data Analysis

This is what it would look like if you answered differently to Question 1

Question1: What Pillar do you work for

Choices: Branding, Support, Bus Dev

Answer: Support

Question2: Request Type

Choices Displayed: Presentation, Display Rework, Display Creation

With the example above, I am hoping that I can create all Request types in one column instead of multiple columns and filter those so only specific ones are shown based on what their answer was to the first question. 

Any suggestions and guidance would be much appreciated.

You need the second drop-down to be based on the collection or list containing all the Request Types and the matching Pillar.

Assuming you have this list, then the Items for the second one would be

FIlter(
   YourPillarList,
   Pillar=YourPillarDropdown.Seleceted.Value
).YourQuestionColumnName

OK so you are saying that my Request Type column needs to actually be a separate list containing a column of request types and then another column for what Pillar it belongs to?  From there I can run your formula against it and then write that selection back to my Master list for the form?

There are several ways of doing it including trying to get a Distinct list of values from the list, but this is not Delegable, so I would approach it the way suggested.

I am not sure I understand what you are stating is the difference between what I said VS. what you are trying to say.

I am simply saying another path is more difficult, so use the list.
