Book a room - display room capacity

Is there any way to display fields other than the roomname and e-mail adress of a room/resource in EOL/O365?

I'm looking for a way to show the capacity (and maybe other attributes) in the book a room app. I'm kinda confused if the "capacity" property is an Echange field or an Azure Active Directory feeld.

It does not show anything in label and expects a text value. However, it shows Datatype: Table on help.

I made a dropdown list where it shows Email address. I did it by simply calling following on Items property of DropDown

Further Explaination:

The Collection AvailableRoomEmailName has two columns one is Email and one in Name. but when i try to fetch it in label it expects text value. I don't know how to convert a column of a collection into text?

I tried to get email value for text property of label in this way which is showing email at least. Can we embedd this thing in lookup() formula this may solve the issue?

Text = First(AvailableRoomEmailName).Email

I tried the following formula

LookUp(Facilities,First(Facilities).RoomEmail = First(AvailableRoomEmailName).Email,RoomCapacity)

The problem with this is that it takes the first email of my Facilities  and then take the first email of AvailableRoomEmailName and returns shows nothing because both emails are different and the condition is not met. is there any way like ForAll() instead of First() so the search condition should work on whole collection columns of email from both sides?

First(Filter(RoomResources,!(Blank() = First(Filter(AvailableRoomEmailName, Email = RoomEmail))))).RoomName

Thanks for your interest in solving this issue here is the image. With this latest formula it gets the first room name from collection based on the sharepoint list and then repeat it the same for all rooms instead of getting name/capacity or whatever details for each room.

Notice the original room names are in Yellow color. and the result is in red color and see its repeating itself

Replace .RoomName with .Capacity?

Sorry for creating confusion for you. Actually my old RoomResources Allocation was giving me errors so I changed it to Facilities.

"Facilities" is based on SharePoint List and includes RoomName, RoomCapacity while

"AvailableRoomEmailName" contains Email and Name of available rooms I hope this will make it clear

So the last formula with the RoomCapacity added at the end will look like the following and it is now returning RoomCapacity = 5 and repeating it on each room but in reality the RoomCapacity of each room is different
