Bug on Now() ?

I think for some reason my 

Now()

function is bugged.
It does not update the hours... Its Now() 21:27, app says its 21:22...

Anyone with same issue?

Hi @PedroK 

A label control with Label1.Text = Now() will not change while your app is active.

Only closing and reopening the app will result in a new value.

Tried to copy and manually type, same error returns.

Hi @PedroK ,

You mean something like this

I have added seconds to demonstrate it works - you can use any time format you want. OnSelect of the button (again trigger this however you need)

UpdateContext(
   {
      varTime: 
      Text(
         Now(),
         "dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss am/pm"
      )
   }
)

then the Default of whatever control you want to use this on is

varTime

No, the idea is if its possible to have a full automatic functioning clock inside my app.
Without the need of me clicking any button or link or similar.
A normal lets say, windows clock, that runs for its own and shows us the accurate time (Date&hours+minutes at least)

A little more to do here - put this at Screen OnVisible

UpdateContext({varTimer: false});
UpdateContext({varTimer: true})

insert a Timer Control with the following settings

Start

varTimer

Repeat

true

Duration

1000

OnTimerEnd

UpdateContext(
   {
      varTime: 
      Text(
         Now(),
         "dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss am/pm"
      )
   }
)

or whatever time format you want to display.

Then the Default of your control displaying the time is

varTime
