Call Flow from PowerApps Error: Failed to install the flow

 I am facing  a problem with a user that whenever he call any flow from PowerApps is not running and give him an error (Failed to Install the flow), while other users are able to work normally. he has the same rights as other users and in the same group. I have disconnect the flows from Powerapps and reconnect them and republish the solution as managed to PROD environment but still getting the same error. 
anyone got such an error before and know how to fix it or at least know where should I look at!

Please it is very urgent issue

It is not well-documented, but make sure this (and all users) are given a Security Role that includes "read" access to the Process and Solution entities; otherwise, they will not be able to use all parts of a managed solution.

@BCLS776 , could you please expand a little more of what you mean? I'm having a similar issue and I'm not sure exactly what access I need to ensure my users have.

all group has the access that you mentioned. other users can call flow from PowerApps, only this user which he is in the same group, he cannot call any flow from PowerApps!

This image shows the security role configuration you'll need to have your users correctly read a managed solution in a production environment. If I remember correctly, these are off by default:

You'll also need to make sure this is the security role assigned to your users when you share the app to them from the managed solution.

I had the same issue and was driving crazy because of the not meaningful error message!

I´m not sure if this error always has the same cause, but I was able to fix it by changing the permissions in my connection. I´ve added another user in my dev-environment and had to set a permission to my organisation in the test-environment.

Hi @Digital_Admin ,

sure, you are able to select the connection in the menu on the left side. Here you can administrate the connections within the specific environment. If you click on your connection you can share it to other users.

So overall in my case: I had to share the connection in test-environment with my organization. After that they were able to proceed the flow in the app.

PS: Sorry, maybe was 'permission' not exactly the correct wording...

If your flow is using connector with share connection, you need to share the connection.
