Canvas App - quotation / price estimator - FIRST steps

Hi guys,

Was working on price estimator previously using HTML/PHP/jQuery, but like the idea of using Power Apps to do so. 

Company didn't really wanted to use it on live website, therefore Power Apps seems more than ideal option for us.

However I am pretty new in Power Apps, therefore I will need your tips.

Basically it should be price estimator.

As you can see attached, on the first page we have options from 3 categories.

The first question would be if Hardware is necessary.

- If yes, it should show available items with price. 

- If not, it should proceed to Software selection.

In Software selection, we can pick available software (mandatory)

Once we are done it should go to Additional HW option, unless we choose Category 1 on the first screen.

Then we have "Backup" option. If selected we can choose either Category 2 or 3 and then follow the diagram

(If HW is needed, selecting HW if necessary, choosing SW)

Once it reach "Additional HW" option, it should show another HW options which are recommended.

Same will be for all 3 categories.

Then it will go to Review and Send option.

Price for the HW is one time fee. Price for the SW is on monthly bases.

Review should show how much it cost and how much will be the monthly fee.

(2 different figures if HW and SW was selected)

I have all HW and SW in Excel tables with pricing in simple format: 

Category 1 table1: ID | Name | Price | Description | CatHW

Category 1 table2: ID | Name | Price | Description | CatSW

Category 2 table1: ID | Name | Price | Description | CatHW

Category 2 table2: ID | Name | Price | Description | CatSW

Category 3 table1: ID | Name | Price | Description | CatHW

Category 3 table2: ID | Name | Price | Description | CatSW

So what would be the best way to create it? 

Assets Checklist and Estimator Pro are the closest one.

Do you have any tips, whether any changes to Excel should be made prior creating the App?

Maybe you can point me to some Power App tutorial showing

I think I shouldn't have any issues creating first screen with navigating through the categories.

Probably only navigating from "Backup" to Cat 2 and Cat 3 selections and price calculations might be quite difficult for me at this stage. 

But will update you once I can you show you something.

Currently it is only for tips/hints and things to avoid in the first place.

Or is there a way to run HTML/PHP/JQUERY script on any Office 365 app like Teams?
