Change "DataCardValue" to Combo Box

Hi all,

Fairly new to Power Apps and having a go at creating a form to be used as data collection.

I have all my fields as a standard "Text box", however I want to change one to a "combo box" (yes/no options). I have inserted a combo box and removed the prior text box, entered in the below codes:

Control Name	Property	Value
ErrorMessage	Y	ComboBox1.Y + ComboBox1.Height
ComboBox	Items	["Yes","No"]
ComboBox	DefaultSelectedItems	{Value:Parent.Default}
DataCard	Update	ComboBox.Selected.Value

However, now when I test the combo box, it is empty with nil options for "Yes or No".

Where have I gone wrong, and do I need more information within the combo box field?

@clock0928  - your set up looks right to me other than what I assume is just a typo in the Update property (ComboBox.Selected.Value instead of ComboBox1.Selected.Value).

Are you just seeing blanks when trying to select an option in the Combo Box?

Thanks for that @Amik - and yes correct, nothing seems to be listed... Please see attached screenshot.

So I now have tried again without linking it to the data source - and it has worked (but hasn't worked)...
The options are showing as numeric values, not "words". For example - 
The word Yes is "863"

The word No is "119207"

and the field being empty with nil selection is "INJECT0"

Anyone have further information about that? I am using Power Apps through Microsoft Teams if that makes a difference.

Please make sure that there is no space in your field value from the datasource and below is my demo combobox which is working fine:

Control Name	Property	Value
ComboBox	Items	["Yes","No"]
ComboBox	DefaultSelectedItems	{Value:ThisItem.your_field_name}
DataCard	Update	ComboBox.Selected.Value
ComboBox	DisplayFields	["Value"]
ComboBox	SearchFields	["Value"]

Maybe you can try to change the default selected items property to have a try.

Thank you @HenWang, however it still is the same. I don't understand where it has pulled the random text and numbers from...

Thanks for your prompt response. Then I think you can directly delete it and create a new one carefully. Very strange issue.

@HenWang - I'm sorry, but what do you mean by delete it? Like actually delete the combobox and try again?
