Changes to app aren't being saved - no error message

I created an app, and added some buttons to it. When I save it, the save is recognized but when I go to the user view there are no changes. I'm not sure what to do. I tried signing in and out, and using Save As rather than Save.

Hi, after save did you press publish? you will need to publish it to view it outside of PowerApps editor.

I did, no luck. It'll only work if I "Save As" and make a new app. Which is starting to clog up my app library! (I can't delete apps due to server settings)

Have your issue solved?
If no, I would suggest you try below things for troubleshooting your issue:
1.Sometimes this issue happens due to incompatible issue of browser. So try to edit your app in another browser. After editing, save and publish it, then check the result.(Or check if your browser is the latest version)
2. Try to clear your data cache of browser and re-sign in your PowerApps Studio. Check if it works this time.
3.I used to see a thread with same issue that he finally found his local PC time is a few minutes ahead of the actual time(UTC). So check if your local PC time is accurate.
