Check In/Check Out App for Multiple Items

Hello Everyone, 

I currently have a check in & check out Power App built for clients of my organization. The check-in button is working great and records the client I chose in the drop down from the form, the user's name, check in date/time, and if they are off property. The issue I am having is with the check-out button. When the check-out button is pressed, I have linked to the ID for the varNewItem when the check-in button is pressed. That way it connects to the correct record for the check-in ID. The problem is if I have multiple clients checking out, I able to check them out but if one client returns before the other and I click the drop down and chose the client it links to the most recent check-out. 

Example: 

- Bob, Billy, and Brittney check-out and I check them out in that order. 

- The app records the check outs (Title [User.Fullname], Checked-Out Date/Time, Client Name [Clicked from dropdown in app], and a check mark [meaning they are off property]

- Billy returns before Brittney and Bob or Bob returns before Billy and Britney, I find their name from the dropdown in the app and I click check in. 

- The app always checks in Britney because she was the most recent check-out

How can I link the check-out button's OnSelect to the client that is selected in the drop down to record correctly?

The check in button should have the following formula:

Patch(
      'Client Checked In/Checked Out',
      LookUp('Client Checked In/Checked Out',Title=User().FullName && 'Off Property'),
      {
        'Off Property': false
      }
)

You need to consider in your scenario what's happening if one of your client omit to check out. There will no record for check out and also for a future check in.

Hello, 

Thank you for you feedback! Using the user and off property record found the oldest check out when checking a client back in but I am not able to check clients back in after doing this. 

I would like to be able to use the DataCardValue3.Selected as a lookup within the SharePoint list to find the most recent record of that client OffProperty. I adjusted the formula you gave me but am still having this issue. 

Check-Out Button

I receive an error at this point in the formula for the Check-In Button. Specifically, Client=DataCardValue3.Selected

LookUp('Client Checked In/Checked Out',Client=DataCardValue3.Selected && 'Off Property')

Any additional help would be amazing!

I guess you need:
Client.Value=Datacard3Value.Selected.Value
