Check booking of a resource mailbox for the next x days and display the data

Hi

I have a canvas app, used for booking desks. I need to be able to see the data for the next 5 days when mailbox group is selected, and for it to display all the desks in that group, I am obtaining my group email and name via this function:

Office365Outlook.GetRoomListsV2().value)

I can look up against the desks available for 1 day, when a user selects this, but I now want to display the next 5 days worth of data.
what's the best way to obtain this - PowerApps, PowerAutomate or Power BI and how please?

I'm not sure why that function would not return all rooms but do any other functions help, such as GetRooms_V2?:

Yes, so for my use case I am obtaining the groups via:

ClearCollect(RoomsLists, Office365Outlook.GetRoomListsV2().value);

and then getting the desks via this:

ForAll(RoomsLists, Collect(AllRooms, Office365Outlook.GetRoomsInRoomListV2(ThisRecord.address).value));

This works, but only displays info for a selected day, by default i've set it to pick up the desk details for today(), but I need to be able to display info for the next 5 days including the selected day, and trying to understand how best to do this, as played around with PowerApps, and Power Automate but no joy and I'm thinking there surely is a simpler way to obtain this info for the next 5 days

There is a lot of other code on other screens, but not sure it will help you/someone provide further assistance to me?
Should I be able to get 5 days worth of booking data easily from PowerApps, should I be using Power Automate and do I need to use PowerShell to obtain that data from Exchange Online?

Thanks for the extra information. You mentioned that you set it to pick up the desk details for today() - where did you specify that date?

I've inherited this app and I'm certain it was a downloaded template.

I've now made some changes:

On App OnStart I have this

Set(DateSelected, Today());

and I'm then using this in other areas of the app, for the data to load in a gallery

Nice one. I was wondering where the DateSelected variable could be used when getting the desks, and if a date range could be used, e.g. today - 5 days in the future.

Another approach could be to get the desks for today, tomorrow, the day after... up to 5 days in future then save all results to a collection.

This is where I've not got it right, this is the long bit of template code in the app, and I had thought if as a test I hard code some date values in all the date variables, and then change the collection name, AvaiableRoomEmailName, which is my items property for my gallery, to AvailableRoomEmailNameDay1
I would get a new set of results but this collection then is always empty, so cant figure how to get 5 days worth of data back:

    Set(RoomsLeft, Blank());

Gotcha. So, lines like this (indented for readability), if ran in isolation, only bring back results for today even if a date range of 5 days is used?:

Just tried that piece of code and results are odd:

AvailableRooms collection has 2 columns:
emptySuggesttionsReason where its value is unknown
MeetingTimeSuggestions is a table

Thanks. Do the collections contain any data for days other than today?

And can you provide screenshots of the collection data please?
