Check or See Connector Throttle Limit

Is there a way to see where I am at on a throttle limit for a specific connector? Emails stopped sending from the Mail connector and I wanted to see where I stand on the 24 hour limit. Is it possible to see this somewhere?

I am not aware of a way to check these individual connector limits.

You do get reports of Flow runs and API calls for Dataverse, within the Admin center, but those are much higher and directly correlated to your licenses.

My guess is that they won't surface this data.

That was my guess. No error, emails were working yesterday just fine. Nothing has changed and now the emails are no longer coming through exactly as they did yesterday. I am receiving other emails which leads me to believe it is an error with the connector or Power Apps maybe?

Still no emails being sent today. Yesterday I removed the Mail connector and added it back. Anybody have any ideas how else I can get this working again or what might be wrong?

When you say "no emails are being sent" - how are you testing that?

The Mail connector may be sending emails, but they may be going to spam depending on what/who you're sending them to.

Can you use the Outlook connector instead?

Try sending to another email id may gmail or outlook other than previously being used for testing. sometimes I don't get my emails from flow as well. If its your office account, check for firewall or IT dept may have blocked them.

I say that because there is no errors and I do not receive the email that I previously had no problems receiving them. I have check my spam folder and a new set of users is not getting them either.

 

I cannot use the Outlook connector because my company uses Exchange server email addresses and it gives an error. I don't remember the error but I looked into it and migrating was the only fix which I cannot get done.

 

Do you have any other ways I can check this and see what is happening. I don't have a lot of admin access either.

They have been working for over 6 months now and they just stopped yesterday. I might have to get ahold of IT and see if they changed anything.

@StephenGW - Are you using Service accounts for sending emails? If yes, could you try opening mailbox of the service account & try manually sending email just to be double sure?

I had a scenario where the mailbox was blocked after a year of successfully working due to some firewall.

@GR29  I'm not sure what you mean by a service account? They are managed enterprise accounts I beleieve.

Summer of Solutions | Week 4 Results | Winners will be posted on July 24th

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge!   This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks.  The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.    Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”)   - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024   Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.  You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately.   How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.
