Click circle - Change color and item in sharepointlist

Hello all you wonderful people.

I'm currently at a standstill in my quest to make a todolist and statusdisplay for me and my colleague. I've made a canvasapp, and i have these circkles on top that indicates if we have done some obligatory tasks each day.

The list in Sharepoint is called Test_True and consists of a title and a column named "Utfort", which is a Yes/No column.

What i want to achieve is the following:

If i do the task, i press the red circle, and the circle turns green. It also turns green on my friends phone, since we are both linked to the Sharepoint list, "Test_True".

When i press the circle it also changes the column "Utfort" on the top entry in the list to "Yes".

I'm going to make a flow that makes a new entry on the list every day at midnight, so that the color gets reset everyday.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I've tried some rudimentary form of If statements, but I suspect I'm overthinking a bit.

Hi @AndyNorw ,

On the OnSelect of the icon (I assume it is a circle icon and is inside a card on a Form)

Patch(
   YourSPListName,
   ThisItem.
   {Utfort:true}
)

Then the Fill of the icon

If(
   ThisItem.Utfort,
   Green,
   Red
)

Thank you so much for taking the time.

I tried your code, and changed it to account for my languagesettings and names, but it seems to be struggling with the "ThisItem.{Utfort:true}" bit. It doesnt want to accknowlegde that bit. I made it work (at least my first part of the question) with this code:

Patch(Test_true; LookUp(Test_true; Title = "Daily"); { Utfort: true })

But i cant seem to figure out the "Fill" part

I assume the circle is inside the form?

If not it might be YourGalleryName.Selected.Utfort

Whatever the case, you simply need to refer to the value and the Fill will do as above.
