Combo box dropdown value is not getting saved in PowerApps

I have a combo box(CB2) dropdown value is based on another combo box (CB1)selection (cascading)
the issue here is when I change the value of CB2 and save the Sp list is not getting updated with the changed value.

The CB2 item property(Filter('SPLIST', 'coloum1'.Value = CB1datacadvalue.Selected.Value)) casacading work fine.

Properties on CB2

DisplayFields : (["Title"])
SearchFields  : (["Title"])

DefaultSelectedItems: {Title:Parent.Default}

How did you setup your SP column for the output, For example if the SP column is text column, you can use something like this below Concat(ComboBox1.SelectedItems, RecordName,",")

Let me confirm something important with you:

1). The column corresponding to CB2 is a LookUp column

2). Title column in another SP list is the column where your LookUp column retrieves value from

3). The Title column I mentioned in point 2 exists in the same SP list with the column1 you mentioned in the Filter()

If the above is correct, the thing is that you populate the CB2 with the Title column from another SP list based on the column1 selected, and you want to save the selected Title to the LookUp column, right?

Just tell me what is the relationship between the Title column and column1, and if there are 2 different data sources in your scenario.

Yes but the SP list for CB1 and CB2 values are different

I am confused that if the Title column and column1 are from different SP lists, how could you set the CB2 Items with the Filter() function reference to SPLIST and set the search fields with Title column?

You should make the Title column and the filter result exist in the same data source?

I hope you could understand the column type and where the mentioned column is from is the key to your issue, you should clarify it more detailed.

Here is the sample data:

List1 is where your LookUp column exits:

Title	LookUp_Column
xxx	xxx

List2 includes column1which is for CB1 and column2 where the LookUp_Column retrieves value from:

Title	column1	column2
xxx	xx	xxxx

Here is what I assume:

1). LookUp column is where the CB2 selected saved to

2). The column1 is the column you populate the CB1 with

3). You want to filter the dropdown options within the LookUp column based on the relationship between column1 and column2 in List2

So, I have the main list where column 1 and column 2 both are lookups 
Column 1 value is coming from a list, Level 1 title column and column 2 Value is coming from a list level 2 title column, also level 2 list has a lookup column name parent which stores the value from title column of the level 1 list.

Now In Powerapps 
Column1 value is directly m getting from the main list (Items property of Colum1 Datacard value Choices([@'MainLits'].Column1 ))

Column 2 Items property is set to (Sort(Filter('Level 2', 'Parent'.Value =

Column 1.Selected.Value).Title,Title,Ascending))
