Hi,
i'm have 4 interdependent combobox in my app
Combobox 1. Items property : Distinct(Table2,'Entity Name')
DSI : Table({Result: Parent.Default})
Combobox 2. Items property : Distinct(Filter(Table2,'Entity Name'=ComboBox1.Selected.Result),'Company Code')
DSI : Table({Result: Parent.Default})
Label text for Displaying the multiselect value
Text : Concat(ComboBox2.SelectedItems,Result,Char(13))
Combobox 3. Items Property : Distinct(Filter(Table2,'Company Code'=ComboBox2.Selected.Result),'Sub Category')
DSI : Filter(Split(Parent.Default, "; "), !IsBlank(Result))
Label text for Displaying the multiselect value
Text : Concat(ComboBox3.SelectedItems,Result,Char(13))
Combobox 4 . Items Property : Distinct(Filter(Table2,'Entity Name'=ComboBox1.Selected.Result),'Role Name')
DSI : Filter(Split(Parent.Default, "; "), !IsBlank(Result))
Label text for Displaying the multiselect value
Text : Concat(ComboBox4.SelectedItems,Result,Char(13))
Label text is set as variable in onselect property of submit button
Onselect of Submit : Set(var01,Label1.Text);Set(var02,Label2.Text);Set(var03,Label3.Text);SubmitForm(Form1)
Onsucess of form : Patch(SUPD,First(Filter(SUPD,ID=Form1.LastSubmit.ID)),{C1:var01},{M1:var02},{R1:var03});
If(varFormmode=FormMode.New,
'Copyof-FlowRun-3'.Run(Form1.LastSubmit.ID););
Notify("Your Submission has received",NotificationType.Success);ResetForm(Form1);NewForm(Form1)
* The third and fourth combobox values are displaying their multiselected values in the LABEL TEXT
when the approver opens the form in the editmode , only the last selected items are displaying in the combobox
I've tried changing the DSI formula to: Table({Result: Parent.Default}), then also only the last selected items is dispaying
Could anyone help me to fix this issue

Hi @Anonymous ,
Seems you are using custom cards for the two fields. Please use default cards and then customize them to add additional Labels. Custom cards do not have Update property as they usually use for displaying additional info that do not need to be updated.

Hi @Anonymous ,
Could you please share more details about your scenario? What types are those columns where these Combo boxes located? One more thing, what are the Update of the Data Cards that contain these Combo boxes?

Hi , Thanks for replying
Update property of each datacard is : Comboboxname.Selected.Result
Sharepoint list is my Data Source
Combobox are located in my powerapp form
These Combobox selected items are patched into the sharepointlist coloumns (single line of text, *tried multiple line text coloumns also )
Hi @Anonymous ,
If they are all text columns, then you need to use the same separator for the formulas. Currently you are using semicolon and Char(13) which means concatenated using new line and split using ";", that's not correct. Besides, You will need to update the texts in the Labels to the data source, so, Update property of them need edit to Labels.Text. Since you are using ComboBox.Selected.Result, for all the Combo boxes that allows multiple selections, only the last selected result will be updated.

Hi @Anonymous ,
You can change the formulas in Update property of those Data Cards, reference the text property of respective Labels that are in them. When using SubmitForm function, actually it is updating values based on formulas in each Update property of the Data Cards to corresponding columns. On your end, the Labels should not only used for displaying concatenated selections, but also need to update them to the source.
