Concat data from datacard into a custom card

Hi all.

I have a PowerApp with a concetion to a SharePoint list. One of the fields in the form i a dropdwon control with multiple choises. If it have more than two elements it shows this:

In other scenarios when I see this, I have managed to show all the choosen elements by adding a new field to the canvas, and make a concat with the selected items.

The challenge is, that I cannot get this to work in a Custom card. I have tried many different approaches, but non on them works for me. The latest thing was to try and make this: Concat(ThisItem;DataCardValue30.SelectedItems;",") but still no luck. Does anyone know how to get data from a datacard that has multiple choises?

Concat(ThisItem.DataCardValue30.SelectedItems,Value & ",")

Check what you get with intellicense where Value is entered

Based on the formula you provided, I think there is something wrong with it.

I have made a test on my side, please consider take a try with the following workaround:

Add a Label control within your Custom data card, set the Text property to following:

Concat(DataCardValue30.SelectedItems, Value & "; ")

Note: I assume that the DataCardValue30 represents the ComboBox within a Data card in your Edit form, where you could select multiple options.

@v-xida-msft and @RezaDorrani your suggestions was just perfect. Dont know why I didn´t consider that solution. When I saw it I realised that I have used this in another app. This is so heplfull, THX a lot guys, and have an awesome weekend

Hi There!

I know this is an old post but it contains my issue more specifically than anything else I could find. Suppose that, using Frank from Denmark’s example, you need to concat the values but ignore the empty ones. For example, I used Concat(Filter to combine the dropdown values of about 8 or so different cards. So, my output is:

- Residence Verification Form - (text label)

Approved (one of many dropdown values)

— Utility Bill - (Text Label added to canvas to keep this data card organized)

Rejected - Incomplete (Multiple Choice)

Rejected - Not in a Legal Guardian’s name (Multiple Choice)

- Tax Bill - (text label added to the canvas to keep this data card organized)

// There is no value to show

// I need this empty value and text label to be hidden

- Lease Agreement - (text label added to the canvas to keep it organized)

Approved (Multiple Choice)

- State-Issued DL/ID - (text label added in the canvas to keep it organized)

// There is no value to show (Multiple Choice)

// I need this empty value and text box to be hidden

- Vehicle Registration - (text label added in the canvas to keep it organized)

Rejected - Expired (Multiple Choice)

I’m trying to perform Concat with Filter with !IsBlank but can’t figure out the logic for the result I need. I’d be grateful for any suggestions!!
