OK, everything you wrote worked but there is another problem too:
LIke you see in the picture ...

chrisegger_0-1648011108880.png ...  I've did a lot of liest which using the class name by the end. It should not be possible, that the teachers could use the list of another class, so I create passwordfield
1. Question: How do I do, that the password field have asterix instead of the real Password?

* Another choice to name the sharpointlist could be to named it like the teachers name by the end,but so I cant identify the kids with there class name, above all next year the classname is wrong: 1a goes to 2a goes to 3a etc.

2.Question: Is it possible to change in the splist the classname for all kids with one klick in powerapps

chrisegger_1-1648011663458.png

What would you do to solve the problem ...

3.Question: Can I create a sharepointlist with all the Columns with Powerapps, especialy when there is an new teacher in school?

A lot of quesstions I know ...

Thanks for helping
Since you helped me a lot ...
Greetings from Austria

If, and I am just making an assumption here, each teacher will be logged in to their own devices I would just show different data in the gallery based on a User() check. Let me know and I can show you more info on this, or tell me otherwise if they are logged in differently an d I can help you tomorrow when in the office

the User check would Be the Best because each teacher logged in with his office Account

so if i put a teacher as member of the App Team only then He could use the App

this would Be very helpful.

thanks a lot

Yah, and experiment with the USer() and how it shows various data alot of time you need to call it as SearchUSer(User())).Email or etc various othe rmethods. check out UsersConnection and User() it usually is necessary to use some combination of them depending on how your info is set up admin side. but play around with them in labels to get a feel for the fata they show in your environment then use that as the data qualifier for your gallery data

But how can I check the User Password?
OR?
How can I check if the user with the mail address XY@mycompany.at which is member of the team is the real one.
Could be only by checking the PW????

you do not have access to their O365 password under any conditions, if they log in to the app their password was correct. If they don't know their password, they cannot log in to the app. So theoretically the app checked their password for you already.

If you are using like a generic O365 account (shared) on multiple devices and want each user to log in ONCE inside the app to their own "account" you will need to set up a sp list or dataverse set that has employee ids and a password column to reference

this will not be their actual o365 password though just one you let them choose when using the app

OK, your answers helped me a lot.

But your way opens another problem: I will explain to you!
Now i got a splist with a title column (=class identifier, like "2021a" or "2021b" ...) and a mail column('Office365-Benutzer'.MyProfile().UserPrincipalName)

The class-identifier goes to a variable called varKlasse

So far so good
I've got splist named like "tbl-.....-2021a" or "tbl-....-2021b" and so on

Each class needs 4 lists and we have 12 classes in our school (a bretty mass of lists)

Is it possible to put "tbl-....-" together with the class-identifier stored in varKlasse, so I get the Listname
"tbl-...-2021a" and can use this for selecting the correct list and then open it in a empty catalog?

Thanks again for helping

does each class need 4 lists for 4 diffferent group of students? if so you could just make 1 list with a classnumber column
