Connection not configured for this service.

I ahve checked every post here to get rid of this issue. My application(including several flow with SharePoint) is working fine with me as an owner but it's throwing error "Connection not configured for this service" for every other owner and user. I have removed and re-added the flow and connections again. All the connections are working for every user. When USER click on the failed flow, it says "INVALID CONNECTION" on "Send Http request to Sharepoint" action"

Hi @Anonymous,

 

It seems that you have a Flow included in this app. You also need to make sure that you have shared this flow with the owner permission to these users.

Hey  @v-monli-msft 

 

All the flows have been shared with owner permissions to the users. I just checked we are having this issue with all the powerapp applications with flows in it. We are currently working in GCC tenant and have MFA enabled. I am not sure that this can be issue or not. I am still getting connection not configured on the application and when clicked on the failed flow, it says invalid connection.

Please let the users run the flow manually by selecting Run in Flow site directly and test if the issue is related to the connections inside flow:

All the users of the flow can manually run the flow and have access to powerapp application too but they can't get to the flow part in powerapp. "Connection not configured for this service" error

I have the exact same problem on a GCC tenant. Any light on this issue would be great!

 

I have several flows updating columns in SharePoint and sending email notifications. All of them throw a 'connection not configured' error when anybody other than me uses the app. 

 

 

 

 

Did a solution ever come up for this as I have the same issue here.  My account is a co-owner of the flow so that should not be a problem but I cannot figure out what it is trying to connect to that is having an issue other than the flow.  I removed the flow and added it a couple of times now.

Did you ever figure out how to get this to work on the gov tenant? I'm having the same issue and I tried it as a normal flow and as a team flow and the user has permissions but they still get the error. Thanks in advance

Sorry meant to come give an update but havce just been busy.  No I have not gotten it but I am working with MS PowerApps Supprt on it.  I have rewrote the flow and app a couple of times to make sure it is not me and read and reread the info and even looked at examples but nothing.  Hopefully MS can come up with something.  The best I can figure out is that once it comes back online it does not authenticate properly to Flow for some reason.

 

If we get it figured out I will post an update.

For my issue that I am having MS is raising it as a high priority bug with the product team.  Hopefully if they fix my issue it fixes a bunch of issues for you folks to.

Summer of Solutions | Week 4 Results | Winners will be posted on July 24th

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge!   This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks.  The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.    Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”)   - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024   Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.  You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately.   How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Users must provide a solution which can be an “Accepted Solution” in the Forums in all of the communities and there are no limits to the number of “Accepted Solutions” that a member can provide for entries in this challenge, but each entry must be substantially unique and different.    Winner Selection and Prizes: At the end of each week, we will list the top ten (10) Community users which will consist of: 5 Community Members & 5 Super Users and they will advance to the final drawing. We will post each week in the News & Announcements the top 10 Solution providers.  At the end of the challenge, we will add all of the top 10 weekly names and enter them into a random drawing.  Then we will randomly select ten (10) winners (5 Community Members & 5 Super Users) from among all eligible entrants received across all weekly Entry Periods to receive the prize listed below.
