Hi 
Is there a way to make content type combo DefaultSelectedItems from a dropdown so when selected from the dropdown a value that changes the content type combo and saves back-end SharePoint whatever selected from the dropdown
I have tested this DefaultSelectedItems content type combo, it will show in PowerApps the changes but not at back- end SharePoint?

1. For DefaultSelectedItems of ComboBox

//pseudocode - replace DropDown1 below with name of your Drop Down control
DropDown1.Selected.Value

2. If it is not showing, for the Drop Down control or for the Combo Box control , check the right side under Value - check on this for both the Drop Down control and the Combo Box control and see if making a change to this setting causes one or both of the values not to be blank. If neither value shows as blank, skip this step and go to the next step

3. Now doing all the above does not make any change to any data source.

You need to be doing this from a Form's DataCard and using SubmitForm.

4. If you don't have a Form yet, add a Form, configure it with appropriate fields, then you need to select the Combo Box Data Card, go to Advanced on the right side, click Unlock to change properties ComboBox Data Card. 

5. For the DefaultMode property of the Form:

FormMode.Edit

6. For the Item property of the Form use this formula below to test:

//pseudocode - replace yourDataSource below with name of your data source
First(yourDataSource)
//the above will always use only the first record - this is just so you can test it quickly on the first Record of the SharePoint List or data source. Change this to what's appropriate when you want it to do it for something other tan just the first Record.

7. For the DefaultSelectedItems of the Combo Box Data Card

//pseudocode - replace yourDropDownDataCardValueXX below with the name of the DataCardValueXX Control that's in the appropriate Data Card that is a drop down
yourDropDownDataCardValueXX.Selected.Value

8. OnSelect of a Button that is placed outside of the form

//pseudocode - replace yourForm below with name of your form
SubmitForm(yourForm)

PS: Please note, the Combo Box is usually associated with the Choices column type in SharePoint. It may not work correctly if you attempt to submit the form with a value from the Drop Down that does not match any possible Choice from that column. So the possible values in your Drop Down might need to match the possible Choices in SharePoint List. You may be able to do this by changing the Drop Down Data Card's Items property to something like

//pseudocode - replace nameOfChoicesColumnInSharePointList in the below, with the actual name of the column from your SharePoint List
Choices(nameOfChoicesColumnInSharePointList)

//or
Choices(nameOfSharePointListDataSource.nameOfChoicesColumnInSharePointList)

Hi @poweractivate 
Thanks for the replay, I have tried everything nothing worked I don't why but strange thing is when I replace the content type combo to dropdown, it worked and back-end shows exactly what I have selected from PowerApps.
The solution was change content type combo box to dropdown
