Data fields not displaying in Form: Properties: Edit Fields

Not sure when exactly this issue began, first noticed it last week.  The data fields in my PowerApps form are not showing up when I click on "Edit Fields" in the form properties, so I can't re-order the fields in my app.  I've tried refreshing the data source (SP list), adding new fields to the SP list and replacing the current data cards with the updated ones, and still nothing.  Any ideas?

As a follow-up to this, it looks like this is a browser issue, and not a Power Apps issue.  The issue seems to be occurring in Google Chrome, since when I opened the form in Microsoft Edge, all of the data fields were available for me to see and re-order.  Still not sure why the issue is occurring for me on Chrome, but at least I have a solution on how to work around it.  Thanks to everybody for your help and suggestions!

As a final update to this, it turns out that my Google Chrome browser was out-of-date.  Once I updated it to the latest version and relaunched the browser, I could see all of the data fields and data sources without issue.  Thanks to everyone for their contributions and insights, and I apologize that this was much ado about nothing!

@Anonymous try creating a blank screen then add an Edit Form to it. Point this form's data source at your SP List and see what happens. It should pull through all of the fields. If not, I'm not sure what else it could be? Maybe your SP List permissions or your PA licence have changed?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Is it the custom Form in SharePoint list? Please check if all the formulas are correct comparing to the formulas included in below documentation:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/sharepoint-form-integration

Regards,

Mona

@Anonymous Thanks for the suggestion, I just did that.  It pulled in all of the fields into the form, but the issue still remains in the Edit Fields property where the data fields are not showing up, so I can't re-order them.

@v-monli-msft Thanks for the suggestion.  It is customized to an extent, but the formulas line up with the link that you provided.  I don't think that's what would be causing the issue.  It was working fine, and then a couple of weeks ago the data fields just stopped appearing when I went to Edit Fields to re-order them.  So I'm not sure what's going on.

@Anonymous I recall having a similar experience awhile ago but can't for the life of me remember how I resolved it or whether it resolved itself. Maybe I picked up the fix from a Shane Young video but I've watched so many of them that memory has now been overwritten lol.

I'll have a look at my notes later on and see if I can find the fix

@Anonymous Thanks so much, I appreciate you looking into it.  I'll keep researching things out on my end to see if I can find a solution as well.

@Anonymous I'm using Chrome and I don't see this issue - even though I have seen it previously. So that's a little odd?

I haven' been able to find that info about how I resolved this issue when I encountered it. I probably thought "Well, that's sorted!" and just moved on, sorry.

@Anonymous Huh, so it sounds like it's not a browser-wide thing, but just something with my current Chrome environment that is causing the issue.  I tried clearing the cache and cookies from Chrome, signed out and back in to Sharepoint, restarted Chrome, and still nothing.  So at this point, I'll keep my fingers crossed that it sorts itself out some how.  Thanks again for looking into it!  🙂
