DataBase issue?

Dear all

Im facing a issue when sharing my app with other users.
I am able to share the app, and they can use it, until the moment when the app tries to read info from excel files, they get this error:

Seems like there is a issue on the DB access to them, but i also shared read rights to the excel file (They can see the file on their office 365 page, they can open it, read it, but not make any changes) (i do not want them to make changes only be able to read and access the file)

Any advise?

1. Verify the permissions: Ensure that the users have the necessary permissions to access the Excel workbook. Check the permissions settings and make sure they allow for editing the workbook.
   
   
2. Check the sharing settings: Ensure that the Excel workbook is shared with the users who need access. Check the sharing settings and make sure they allow for editing the workbook.

Setting the file as editable solves the issue.
But i need it to be read only
Is there any way?

Hi @PedroK , So you are saying that your end user will not update the data in excel?

Yes it will not.

I just need the app, to pull the info, and show it to the user.
They will not update anything, just view it (on the pp)

Hi @PedroK , The excel file is on OneDrive for Business or SharePoint Online? Are you giving View permission? Please check these:

Dear @ANB 

The file is located on the company cloud, on office 365 (so yes, one drive)
Having the file locally is not possible due to security reasons.

After viewing the links, they dont solve my problem i already tried and applied what i could from the solutions there

Hi @PedroK , Then as a last option i can suggest to hide the error message, Use below code on App. OnError

So basically if there is such error then it will not show to user and other error will be shown to user.

NOTE: Please test this first with the exact error message.
