How can I enable copy and pasting using the date picker function?

The only way right now I can see is allowing "editable" function on "true" which allows text and copy and pasting. If I was to allow that how can I make it so no text can be put into that field and only the dates?

If that functionality is necessary best option is probably to just put a label over the calendar like so

just where the date normally would be, they can still press the blue calendar icon to open calendar and select date. 

this label text is set to

DatePicker1.SelectedDate

and select the calendar and set it's text color to transparent.

Now you have a label that looks and acts liek the old one but can be copied without giving user ability to type nonsense into the calendar value.

Or if you don't need copy so much as to use this data, just on the onselect set a variable then let them reference the variable in app

This is how it looks.. even those its transparent. Is there a easier way to do this or do I have to put a label over each calendar?

That looks liek your label is behind the calendar not in front  of.

 if it was in front and you selected it to copy it would look like this

But I was just trying this, and I don't use powerapps on pc for the user, just mobile devices so hadnt tried it before but, it seems in play mode, even set to iseditable=false 

I am still able to copy and past the selected date with regular calendar tool, so not sure why your wasn't letting you do it just using the basic calendar. The image you shared, you are highlighting the regular calendars date, which means you should be able to copy and paste it

When you highlight the first one 6/22 in this case, it will highlight on another label (different labels and date pickers?) in the background. shown below.
