Deep Linking email works for only one recipient

I'm having a problem sending an email with a deep link included in the email. 

The only user who can click on the link and go to the edit screen is the email address in this field: TextInputDepartment.Text

Mail & ";" & TextInputDepartment.Text & ";" & ComboBox2.Selected.Mail

The email is also sent to the address entered in ComboBox1.SelectedItems and ComboBox2.Selected.Mail but when these users click on the deep link it brings them to the Home Screen of the app.

It's passing the right ID number, but it's only letting one person from the email use it.

I think it's my StartScreen property causing this issue.

If(!IsBlank(Param("ID"))&&LookUp(MySharepointList,ID=Value(Param("ID"))).EmailAddressField=User().Email,EditScreen,Home)

TextInputDepartment.Text is the field that patches to EmailAddressField and that's the only one that works.

Is there away to add to more userfields into the StartScreen code?

The formula you are using:

If(
    !IsBlank(Param("ID"))
    &&
    LookUp(MySharepointList,ID=Value(Param("ID"))).EmailAddressField=User().Email,
    EditScreen,
    Home
)

 it means if an item with ID from the deep link in SP list has its EmailAddressField equals to the logged in user Email, navigate to edit screen, otherwise go to home screen. 

Are there other columns in the list where will store the addresses in ComboBox1.SelectedItems and ComboBox2.Selected.Mail?

Yes, I have two other columns in the same Sharepoint file for each type of person. 

ComboBox1.SelectedItems email address saves to Person1 column.

ComboBox2.Selected.Mail email address saves to Person2 column.

I would like to figure out how to add these two columns.

And I'm also curious on how to pass the ID and check another Sharepoint file to see if their user email address is listed anywhere in the file. So, if their email addresses are entered into a Sharepoint List called Users, let all users deep link screens if their email addresses are entered in the Notification column.

I'm trying to figure out the best way to do this.

    varItem.EmailAddressField = User().Email || User().Email in varItem.Person1.Email || User().Email in varItem.Person2.Email,
    EditScreen,

For the second requirement, I'm not sure I've got what you need to achieve. Could you please explain it further?

I tried your code; however, I am receiving several errors.

Behavior function in a non-behavior property. You can't use this property to change values elsewhere in the app.

I do already have this code in the OnStart property. 

Set(varItem, LookUp(MySharepointList,ID=Value(Param("ID"))));

I tried to take it out of your code from the StartScreen property, but I get three errors that global variables are not allowed in StartScreen.
