Default Selected Item in combobox for data coming from Office365users and displaying multiple selection from Sharepoint List.

Hello All,

I am stuck with an issue where I am entering multiple email addresses from combobox  present inside a datacard and then updating the sharepoint list with "Given Name" . I am then displaying the saved names from Sharepoint list .

Items Property : Office365Users.SearchUserV2({searchTerm:ComboBox1_1.SearchText}).value

Update Property : Concat(ComboBox1_1.SelectedItems,GivenName,";")

Can you please help me with the DSI property , what should i enter in that field because i am no able to display the saved names from sharepoint list into gallery control.

Just need another help with this . Now that the names stored in SP List are getting displayed in Gallery , is there a way i can apply a dropdown or combobox filter based on the names stored in SP List.

Column property of Names in SP List - Multiple lines of text 

Names getting stored as :

Row 1 -  User1 ; User2 ; User3 

Row 2 -  User1 ; User3

Is it possible for have a dropdown which extracts the values from this Names Column and give values like - User1 

User2

User3

So Basically in my gallery control , different data is getting displayed as like Names as :  User1 ; User2 ; User3  OR User2 ; User3 OR User1 ; User3

what i am trying to do is to have a combobox which will have distinct values of Names and then i am trying to apply filter over the gallery items based on single or mutiple select from combobox

i tried the above code , but it's not giving me the distinct value , it is giving me something like this :

Column Name is - Assigned To 

SP Name - Task Tracker

Here is an alternative, which I have also tested here successfully

although both should work assuming 'Assigned To' is a Multiple Lines of Text column as you posted.

This worked , i am now getting unique names list in dropdown . Thanks😊 . But can you explain the steps or tell me what we did here , i need to understand also what happened .

Further more now that i got the unique names , i tried to filter out the gallery with the combobox dropdowns but it's not working ☹️

As usual , in my gallery template , Assigned to is getting displayed same as what was stored in SP List i.e 

Row1 - User1 ; User2 ; User3 

Row2 - User2 ; User3 

Row3 - User 1 ; User3 

the dropdowns are coming correctly now with your code , but when i select "User 1" only or multiple users just like what was given in template , i dont see any data . 

what i wanted was that the user when filtering on it's name , can see single tasks assigned to him or tasks that he shares with other persons.

Here is the code that is used for filtering the gallery .

Totally different problem to your posted question (is this solved now? Firstly, please post your code also in Text to save retyping here, but i need to know whether ComboBox3 and StatusComboBox are single or multiple selections

Also, as per your ask , i am pasting the code here in Text and yes , both "Combobox3" & "StatusCombobox3" are multiple selections. "Assigned to" column in "multiple line of text"
