Display doc library folder that matches name of list item

Hello,

I have posted in another thread however had stopped getting responses and still need assistance with this if possible.

So the main SharePoint list has a column called "Contract Ref"

When an item is created, there is a Power Automate workflow that creates a folder in the "Contract Documents" document library named with the same value as the "Contract Ref" column in the list. The folder column is called "Name" (default).

Documents are manually added to this folder in the document library.

So when I open the list item named "LWCM-09-06-2020-10", I am expecting these documents to display in the Power Apps form.

I have therefore changed the 'Items' code to the below however I am not seeing any files displayed in the form

@Mira_Ghaly - when I click on SharePointIntegration, I then click on the bit below that - I assume thats what you meant and then when I clicked on Contract Ref it wanted me to put that in quotes? - I've tried that both ways and neither shows the documents in the gallery.

If I just point the gallery to my document library data source, then the folders are displayed correctly. However I just cant get it to filter correctly 😕

Have u been able to make it work by passing a static folder name may be the issue with the folder name like have spaces or something like this.

I have renamed the document folder (and path in explorer) to "Contracts"

Filter('Contracts','Folder path'="Contracts/"&SharePointIntegration.Selected.Contract Ref&"/")

Still not working..

Do you think its the column "Contract Ref" as it has a space in it?

I've got this working a different way by setting up a new variable.

The OnVisible of the form is set to:

UpdateContext({ctxFolderPath:Concatenate("Contracts/" , First([@Register]).'Contract Ref')});
Refresh([@Contracts])

and the Items of the gallery is set to:

Filter(Contracts, 'Full Path' = ctxFolderPath)

Where "ctxFolderPath" has been setup as a variable.

The main problem I have now is that when a different item is loaded, the gallery seems to show the same data from another folder and not the one its linked to. If I force refresh about 6-7 times, it then displays correctly!
