Download all attachments from a selected SharePoint list item

I am struggling to develop a button that allows you to bulk download all attachments from any selected list item.  I cannot get any of the methods in this forum to work for some reason.  I think it is because I have difficulty cross-referencing other people's examples with what I have in my app.

I have a screen called DetailScreen1 that lists form details as well as a gallery that displays all photo attachments.  The gallery is called GalleryAttachments.  The gallery uses this in the items property to display the images: BrowseGallery1.Selected.Attachments.Value

BrowseGallery1 is the screen previous to this DetailScreen1, which displays all of the list items by name.  When you select an item, it drops you into the details page as shown here:

For the OnSelect action on the "Download All" button, I have tried many variants including these latest ones.

ForAll('Warranty Photos',Download(ThisRecord.Attachments)) -- This says, the specified column is not accessible in this context.

ForAll('Warranty Photos',Download(ThisRecord.Value)) -- This says, name isn't valid. 'Value' isn't recognized.

Download(GalleryAttachments.Selected.Value) --  This one doesn't present any function errors, but when I test the app via the play button, it displays this error once you click on the Download All button: The URL passed to the function is not valid

This is another option I tried following, but I got lost when trying to translate it to my own app.  The "collection" side of things has me a bit confused without seeing an example that mirrors the naming convention that my app/list uses.

I applied that to the OnSelect, which it appears to be happy with.  However, when I test it in the preview, it doesn't seem to do anything.  The button depresses, but nothing else seems to happen.  No error or anything.  I tested it in Edge, Chrome, and even on the mobile version of the app.

Does DataCardValue1 actually contain the Title of the repair order? I assumed so because Title_DataCard3 was at the top of the tree view, but you may need to change that. Otherwise the LookUp will always come up blank and, as you described, no downloads will be performed.

When I expanded Title_DataCard3, I saw that the repair order value was actually titled DataCardValue21.  After making that change, it started working.  Thank you so much!

I am trying to do the same thing as @kbroyrobinson and I copied your formula but changed datacard to my own. When I press the download all button with this formula,

        'PHOTO LIBRARY - CHINA',
        Title = DataCardValue11.Text
    ).Attachments,
    Download(
        AbsoluteUri
    )
)

It opens all the attachments in multiple tabs but doesn't download. Any idea why this might be? 
As it's annoying to click each attachment individually to download, it would really help to have a download all button and not just open the tabs.

As can be found in the documentation, this is behaviour that is caused by browser setting and can therefore, unfortunately not be influcenced:
