Hi @knsrinath,

What are the types of columns you are using? Is it just Text and Number columns?

Hi @AARON_C

All are text columns

Thanks & Regards

@knsrinath

Oh yes sorry, just saw the Text Input underneath first screen shot.

I assume you have a button/OnVisible property of the screen where you create the collections, and that your gallery's Items property is your collection name.

For your Text Input controls, use this on the OnChange property:

Patch(colName, ThisItem, {'Column Name from Data source': TextInput1.Text})

Then for your button to update all changes, on the OnSelect property:

Patch('Data source 1', col1);
Patch('Data source 2', col2);

Please tick Accept as solution if the answer is useful.

Thanks,

@AARON_C

Hi @AARON_C

My patch code for 1st Screen short.

ForAll(galResults_1.AllItems,
Patch(Import_Advance_License,
{
Title:Now(),
Authorisation_Number:TextInput1_88.Text,
Authorisation_Date:DatePicker2.SelectedDate,
Import_Validity:DatePicker3.SelectedDate,
Export_Validity:DatePicker4.SelectedDate,
Name_of_Office_issuing_Authorisation:TextInput1_56.Text,
Name:TextInput1_60.Text,
Address_of_Applicant:TextInput1_58.Text,
IEC:TextInput1_61.Text

}));

Request you suggest me the code for 2nd screen shot.

Thanks & Regards

Can you please share a screen shot of your app, I am a bit confused as I thought your screenshots was collections that only had a single column.

Hi @AARON_C

My screen shot is similar like this.

knsrinath_0-1699442288353.png

Thanks & Regards

@knsrinath

Sorry I got confused by col in the screenshots thinking they were different collections and not columns. To be able to update different columns and rows in your gallery please follow below.

You will need to create a collection of your data source if you have not yet done this. Place the name of the collection in the Items property of the gallery.

For each input control in the gallery, place this on the OnChange property. I have done the first one for you as an example.

Patch('Collection Name', ThisItem, {Title: Now()})

 Please note for those columns that are dates, please change accordingly.

Then to update these changes using a button. Place this on the OnSelect property:

Patch('Data source', 'Collection Name')

Please tick Accept as solution if the answer is useful.

Thanks,

@AARON_C

Hi @AARON_C

We will make it in simple way.

SP List records as follows (Initial Patch)

knsrinath_1-1699506278043.png

I need to edit as follows

knsrinath_2-1699506315564.png

When I am using Lookup it is changing First record only.

Thanks & Regards

Hi @knsrinath,

I have not provided you with a lookup function.

Your gallery should be a collection of your data source. I am Patching the changes using the OnChange property of the input controls (This updates the collection). I am then using a button to Patch the collection which has been updated to the data source.
