I have created an app with multiple screens. Each screen is an audit sign off that has to be pushed to up to 4 users dynamically based on the Site audited. I have the email addresses in gallery fields and they display based on the location selected for audit. I tried using a concatenate function to make a text string of the three email addresses plus my own (so I can monitor if the emails are going to the right people) but I'm the only one getting them. When I removed my hard coded email address, the concatenate string failed and the email wouldn't go out because there were "no recipients". This led me to try ONLY concatenating the string in a text box to see what it looks like and it truly does come back blank...even though there's data in the fields I'm pulling from. I've used the exact same formula in another app and it works but this one is not working. HELP! I really don't want to do power automate because I'm not well versed in this stuff. Even referencing the gallery and field into a text box doesn't yield results so I'm befuddled.
Hi @TammyGarris ,
Firstly can you please remember to post code in Text - the below was OCR'd so watch spelling. This is an idea of the structure needed.
SubmitForm(Form1_2);
Office3650utlook.SendEmailV2(
Subtitle3_3.Text & ";" & Title3_3.Text & ";" & (Textlnput6.Text),
"Message from Compliance",
"<p>The Facilities portion of your site audit for " & DataCardValuel_2.Text & " for period "
& DataCardValue2_2.Text & "has been completed <a
href='https://apps.powerapps.com/play/e/default-7. . . . . .'> link </a> to review and address
these find Action Plans, they must be addressed and actions documented before sign off can
occur. </p> If your audit was satisfactory, . . . .
);
ResetForm(Forml_2)

I'm sorry! I meant to do that.
This didn't change anything. It says there are no recipients.
Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(Subtitle3_3.Text & ";" & Title3_3.Text & ";" & TextInput6.Text,
"Message from Compliance regarding Site Audit",
Concatenate("The Facilities portion of your site audit for ",(DataCardValue1_2.Text)," for period ", (DataCardValue2_2.Text), "has been completed. Please click the

'> link </a> to review and address these findings. <br> If there are Corrective Action Plans, they must be addressed and actions documented before sign off can occur. </p> If your audit was satisfactory, please sign off that audit was reviewed."))
This is the error I'm getting.
The recipients should be
Subtitle3_3.Text & ";" & Title3_3.Text & ";" & TextInput6.Text
What does that produce on a Label. Also below is probably the same as you have, but is the structure I know works
Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
Subtitle3_3.Text & ";" & Title3_3.Text & ";" & TextInput6.Text,
"Message from Compliance regarding Site Audit",
<p>"The Facilities portion of your site audit for " & DataCardValue1_2.Text & " for period " & DataCardValue2_2.Text & "has been completed.
Please click the <a href='https://apps.powerapps.com/play/e/default-7c*****-... '> link </a>
to review and address these findings.<br>
If there are Corrective Action Plans, they must be addressed and actions documented before sign off can occur.</p>
If your audit was satisfactory, please sign off that audit was reviewed."

It initially displays in the label, but then when i try to send, it goes blank and I get an error that there were no recipients in the email field.
Where are you executing it from and where are the controls Subtitle3_3, Title3_3 and TextInput6 - they sound like Gallery items
They are gallery items. I'm not sure I understand the "where are you executing it from" question....
I have this on the OnSelect property of a button in a form.
The gallery on the top feeds the form. The gallery on the bottom (with email address) is based off the Site field in the form. The properties are "ThisItem.Email" to capture different email levels (AVP, PA, Mgr).
If the fields are in the Gallery, they will also be in the Form content - so you just need to refer to the field names
ThisItem.FieldName1 & ";" & ThisItem.FieldName2 & ";" & ThisItem.FieldName3
