Ensure App will run once I leave the compnay

So I have a bunch of edited Sharepoint list forms in PowerApps. They have some connections to the Sharepoint list, Excel documents, a PowerAutomate flow, etc. All through my email address. So, questions for when I leave:

1- Will the app run?

2- What will happen to the Sharepoint integration aspect of things? Or the excel connection? (Use excel to populate choice column)

3- With the PowerAutomate flow I think the problem would be handled IN power automate, no? Not through PowerApps.

I'm guessing that for all, is a clear error... Correct?

So, to avoid that, how do I ensure that everything will continue to run smoothly once I'm no longer part of the organisation?

I'm guessing is through here, adding new owners to the App. This, I assume will allow them to acces the App and edit it. But I think in doing so, Sharepoint and Excel still remains connected to me, correct? So, how do I change that?

I built a couple of things in powerplatform at my old company and had the same questions.

Here is what i did:

The edited form is not personally tied to your user becaus it "belongs" to SP itself so you do not have to worry about that.

The powerautomate flows i changed the to a service account. You can also change the owner to a colleague of yours. If its outside of a solution its a bit more work to do but still not that hard.

Researching this been reading a lot on "service account". What is that? Like, the general email for my department?

But, ok so the form itself is safe. And the Flow is easy to workaround then.

But what happens to the Excel connection with the PowerApps?

Here is an explanation of what a service account is (microsoft explains it better than me xD)

You can have the items (apps,flows,etc) in a solution or as stand alone apps,flows etc

Hey @mmbr1606 happy new year 😄 Ty for your reply.

Ohh ok, I'll look in with the IT department to create this account. So the app for the form list is safe. But my worry is more with the connectors that the App has. For example, mine has the following ones in the "Data" section:

The first 4 all through my email account. Even the Sharepoint one. So I dunno what would happen there once my account is deactivated. Do you know what I would need to do in this case?

I have had the same connections and more when i left and colleaguea had no issues when i was gone
