Error when publishing Power Apps for Teams app

I'm using the Power Apps app in Microsoft Teams to create a simple test app as documented here: Create your first app in Teams (contains video) - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn.

When I attempt to publish my app to Teams, I get prompted with the app icon, name and description and can click "Edit details" to edit them. However, when I click Next, I get a message saying:

Didn't publish

There was a problem publishing your app.

If I click More, this error message is revealed:

The request failed with error: '{"error":{"code":"0x80090477","message":"The 'ExecuteTransaction' message is not supported for the Dataverse for Teams offering"}}'.

This is followed by a correlation ID and session ID.

Have I done something wrong, or should I open a ticket with Support?

Same I haven't changed anything Dataverse related in my app which has been sat in teams for months so hopefully it's just a temporary issue microsoft are having......

Either that or they have changed something !

Same problem today. Was trying puiblish from teams and web too. Everywhere same problem.

Same problem here. Publishing any app to Teams stopped working. What's going on?

I have the same problem today, hopefully microsoft team can fix this soon.

It seems to work again. I tested it in 2 tenants. The tickets I opened are still pending though.

Today, almost four weeks after I opened my (low-severity) support request for this issue which was fixed a couple days later, I got this reply to my support ticket: "Our team has carefully reviewed the information you provided, and we identified that what you are attempting to do is not supported in the Dataverse for Teams Power Apps option. Please try creating the solution in a regular Power App with a standard Dataverse environment outside of Teams."

I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm hesitant to build anything important on this service.
