Expected Record Value Error when creating edit Form

I am creating a Powerapps which includes an edit form to input values which is then stored in a sharepoint list. One of those item is a People Column which I enabled "allow multiple selection". This column is intended to store multiple users that will be CCed in an email after the entry is completed. However, in powerApps, the DataCard for this column (named "CC") produces the following error:

Expected Record Value

The property of this control expects Record values. The rule produces Table values which are incompatible.

My configuration for this control is as follows:

Is CC a multiple person field?

I've made a similar test, please check my configurations:

 2)the combo box:

If you make any customization , please show me. The five properties are related to each other.

If you still have problems, please show me the formulas of: datacard'sDefault,datacard's Update,combo box's Items,combo box's Default,combo box's DefaultSelectedItems.

I tried to change the Update value to DataCardValue11.SelectedItems, but then the same error appears for this field.

Actually, I think there's no problem about your formulas

Did you ever change this field's setting when you design the app?

If you made any change on this field's setting, the form will not update automatically.

I suggest you delete the form, refresh data source and recreate the edit form.

Using the formulas that I suggested and try again.

I have the same issue with a fresh install of my form as @v-yutliu-msft suggested. Help
