Hi all,
I'm greatly appreciative of any help that you can give me on the following question - and any other general Powerapps advice you may have.
My app is a searchable, filtered gallery of items in a Sharepoint list, 'Product Information', (I'll refer to it as list 1) that allows users to select an item from the list to see the information on that product in list 1, to see an image thumbnail and related linked files via LookUps to Sharepoint document libraries, and to see a gallery of Q & A's for that product from another Sharepoint list, 'Product FAQ' (list 2).
1. Select the product from the list
2. The results should display in the gallery below, as they do in image 3
3.
So my problem, I believe, has at least 2 parts. Firstly, many entries in List 2 contain in their name field, multiple product codes, so the need arises not only to match List 2's Name within List 1's Product Code, but to find List 1's Product Code as a part of any List 2 entry's Name field. To use image 3 as an example: List 2 contains entries where the Name field is either 'D379', 'D380', or 'D379, D380' - and I would like the gallery in image 3 to display all of those entries.
Secondly, List 2 has many more than 2000 entries. So though the gallery in image 2 will be representative of any List 1 item's detail screen with a gallery searching for records beyond the 2000 mark in List 2. I may be able to construct a Power Automate script to add information to a column in List 2 that allows me to prefilter the gallery with 'DisplayTED = true' as in List 1 to help, but is there anything beyond that which the filter/search/etc can obviously do that I'm oblivious to?
I'm still very new to this, but everyone on this forum has made my job of getting as far as I've gotten much easier. Thank you.

Thanks again for your assistance. Thankfully, the solution ended up being fairly simple to implement. The button in Gallery 1 that navigates to the individual product detail screen also collects the required data on the selected item from SharePoint list 2.
Then, the second gallery displays the data from the collection - I'm only looking for the two columns 'Question' and 'Answer'.
I also found the information on creating collections at the link below extremely useful:

Thanks all. I hope this can be useful to others looking to achieve the same or something simillar!
Hi @JBPPlearning ,
In PowerApps, you will need the Search function, but it is not delegable. So, I would say you will need a Flow to get items and use filter query with contains function to list all the IDs of the items and respond to PowerApps.

Hi v-jefferni,
Thanks for your response!
Do you have any suggestions of what the Flow would output in order to make the job of the filter easier?
Hi @JBPPlearning ,
You can pass an array to PowerApps using the Response action and in PowerApps use ClearCollect to get the response:
