Hi everyone

Hoping someone can help me on my PowerApp Filter

I have a  Blank Horizontal Gallery called FilterGallery that has Labels

I have another Vertical Gallery called IncidentOwnerGallery with the layout, Title.

Title36: Incident Owner

My final Vertical Gallery called IncidentStatusGallery

My data Source is Risk Incident Management Form

What I am trying to do is in the labels of the FilterGallery, have the Function Names, column name (Function Name) in my sharepoint list, so when you click on any function, it filters the Incident Owner Gallery first, then the Incident Status Gallery of which can then navigate to a new screen that shows the entire record which can be viewed or edited.

If anyone can help me figure this out, I would be so grateful.

Do you mean the 'Risk Incident Management Form' is the data source of all three galleries?

Try to set the Items property of IncidentOwnerGallery as follows:

Filter('Risk Incident Management Form','Function Name'=FilterGallery.Selected.'Function Name')

The same for IncidentStatusGallery.

Then, set OnSelect of IncidentStatusGallery to Navigate(FormScreen), so that navigate to a new screen to show the entire record in the Form.

If this doesn't make sense, please elaborate more about your scenario.

Thanks for your solution Sik, I have implemented what you have advised and I still get an error.

The galleries are all pointing to the Risk Incident Form ( I renamed it).

The items I have in Filter gallery is;

["Technology","Finance","Operations","Customer","Risk","CEO","Capital"] as I didn't know how to get the names to come across from the Risk Incident Form. (perhaps this may be the issue?)

I have then followed your guidelines and the below screenshot is the error?

I got you, but I just wonder what is the data type of Function Area column?

If it is Choices column, please modify the code as follows:

Filter('Risk Incident Form','Function Area'.Value=FilterGallery.Selected.Value)

If it is Single line of Text column, then

Filter('Risk Incident Form','Function Area'=FilterGallery.Selected.Value)
