Filter multiple selection choice column

Hi, I have a data table pulling data from SharePoint list, it consists of multiple columns and one of the columns (Industry Experience) is a choice field type with multiple selections. I would like to filter the data table by a combo box (Items: Choices('SharePoint List'.'Industry Experience')).

This is what I have done so far: replaced the text of Industry Experience column in the data table with this formula: Concat('Industry Experience',Value,", "). And then I have tried all following formulas for data table items and none of them worked.

            1. Filter('Offer/Request List',Concat('Industry Experience',Value,", ")=ComboBox1.Selected.Value in 'Industry Experience')

            2. Filter('Offer/Request List',Concat('Industry Experience',Value,", ")=ComboBox1.Selected.Value in Concat('Industry Experience',Value,", ")

            3. Filter('Offer/Request List',ComboBox1.Selected.Value in Concat('Industry Experience',Value,", "))

Can someone please help? Really appreciated!

Not sure if you have already get this solved, I have the simlar needs and found using this in your filter condition might works

Not(false in ForAll(ComboBox1.SelectedItems, Value in Concat(Spec2, Value& ", ")).Value)

Hi

I have a similar issue but solution doesn't seems to works (or i don't adapt it ok to my issue)

My Library has a multichoice column named 'Nature' and a Text column named 'Nom'

My Powerapps has a Field Text ('Critere') and a Combobox ('Listbox1')

I want to filter the Gallery wich display the Library for every file wich Nom column include the Field Text Value and wich the Nature Column has one or more criteria selected in the ComboBox

And i want not to apply filter based on the combobox if no selection is made

This formula displays the files wich include the Critere.Text in its name but only the last criteria selected in the combobox (";" instead of "," in the formula because of french settings)

Filter(Documents; (Critere.Text in Nom)&&(If(IsBlank(ListBox1.Selected.Value); true; ListBox1.Selected.Value in

Nature.Value)))

How do you modify this formula to compare all the selected items value of the combobox with the multichoice column ?

I tried this formula (simplier, with no check on Name Column) but it generate an error and display nothing

 If(IsBlank(ListBox1.SelectedItems); Documents; ForAll(ListBox1.SelectedItems;Filter('Documents'; Value in Nature.Value)))

Regards

Hi, saw your solution and the way it works

But I have more than One Multichoice Column to filter and an according number of ComboBox or TextBox  where criterias are selected or keywords entered

I face two problem

- how do you compare the content of a textbox to check if one or more words are in a multichoice column ?

- how to you use the ForAll instruction with multiple couple Combobox/Mutlichoice Column to be filtered ?

Is it possible to do nested filtered selections ?

Guess, i have a solution for you.
Here is a filter part:

IsBlank(CB_Sector1.SelectedItems.Value)  ||
IsEmpty(CB_Sector1.SelectedItems) ||
true in ForAll(CB_Sector1.SelectedItems.Value, ThisRecord in 'Sector_Involved'.Value)

 Combobox items:

Choices('SP_List'.'Sector_Involved')

It could be a delegation warning if you search text in values. You can try to concatenate all values into text.
would be something like

inputText.Text in Concat(Spec2, Value& ", ")

as in first comment.
To search text into values, just transform it

{Value: InputText.Text} = Spec.Value

Works like charm

Thanks a lot !

Perfect

Neither could i figure it myself

You're a savior to me!

Man, I think I fell in love with you. I was looking for a solution for hours, and your code solved it within seconds, didn't have to change a thing. Thank you!
